1. Give me a brief explanation of your role and the work you do at The Dove Agency.

I am a senior account associate. I currently perform bookkeeping duties for 19 clients. I post payroll and sales tax transactions for teammates, and I assist with training bookkeepers on current platforms.

2. What motivates you when things get busy or challenging?

I am mostly self-motivated; however, knowing others rely on the work I do makes me want to exceed expectations.

3. What’s a professional skill you’ve developed that surprised you?

Teaching others!

4. What makes you proud to work at The Dove Agency?

I feel that the great reputation we work hard on every day. Our founders and president have led by example, and we emulate what they have demonstrated. The women at The Dove Agency are intelligent, kind, patient, caring, conscientious, hardworking, and fun-loving.

5. What’s your favorite way to unwind after a busy week?

I love going out to dinner with my husband and family.

6. If you could live anywhere in the world for a year, where would it be and why?

I would love to live in Germany again. I lived there for 8 years, and I feel like the beauty there is breathtaking. Another reason I would live in Germany is because the location is a gateway to the rest of Europe without the jet lag!

7. What’s one thing on your bucket list you haven’t checked off yet?

Visiting the Amalfi coast.
