Jade Bower | Procurement Associate

Jade joined The Dove Agency as a procurement associate, where she supports the smooth implementation of interior design projects through thoughtful coordination and strong organizational skills. With a background in home design, Jade approaches procurement with both creativity and precision, helping ensure materials are sourced, tracked, and delivered efficiently to meet project timelines and budgets. Her responsibilities include managing orders, coordinating with vendors, processing invoices and payments, and resolving damage claims with care.

 Jade graduated from Brigham Young University–Idaho with a degree in interdisciplinary studies with a focus in home design. Her education gives her a unique understanding of the design process, allowing her to anticipate project needs and provide proactive support. Known for her reliability and attention to detail, Jade values collaboration and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes so designers can stay focused on what they do best, creating beautiful spaces. In her free time, she loves to learn all different crafts, spending time with friends and family, and more recently, playing disc golf with her husband.
