Kenda Lister | Co-Founder and Principal

Kenda Lister serves as the Co-Founder and Principal for The Dove Agency. After earning her BBA in accounting from Texas A&M University, she began her financial career in tax and audit with PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has managed back-office operations for interior design firms since 2015. Kenda admires the innovation, creativity, and versatility her clients possess, and she enjoys applying administrative processes to drive their firms’ growth and profitability.

Combining their impeccable expertise, proficient knowledge, and well-versed perspectives, Kenda and her co-founder, Beth, developed services that streamline administrative processes, giving interior design professionals the time to do what they do best—design. These processes are the foundation and hallmark of The Dove Agency today.

Kenda is behind both the concept and the client, working to strategically position each designer with the necessary tools for calculated growth, growing influence, and measurable success.
